Description of the Album:

The album of Harpa Dei – “Ego sum Alpha et Omega” – musically represents the plan of God who wanted to take human flesh in order to redeem mankind. With exclusively Gregorian chants – beginning with the cry “Rorate Caeli”, i.e: / “Drop down you Heavens the Just”/ -,the liturgical music leads us through the salvific events of the Incarnation of the Son of God, his birth, public life, passion and glorification, and concludes with an antiphon that refers to the return of Jesus at the end of time: “Behold, the Lord will come, and all the saints with him…”.

The number of songs honors the 33 years of Jesus’ earthly life.

The CD contains, among others, the songs:

Rorate caeli de super

Gloria, laus et honor

Veni Creator Spiritus
